Tomcatt UPDATE
I received a PM from Jonas Wednesday stating that he will NOT be attending the Tomcatt this year due to some other commitments with family & travel.
Going to try my best to keep this event go on as planned, but I will need some help.
1. Please help with finding somewhere for dinner on Saturday night. Maybe Ken can convince Austyn's if available to do it.
2. Also will need at least one more drive group leader, maybe two.
3. Maybe adjusting the drive rout after lunch too. (s-cargo)

I would like to publicly apologize to Sam for dumping this on him only a month away. I was hoping everything would work out, but this year's vacation plans have truly got Virginija, Anika and me very excited but, unfortunately, tapped out in both money and time. I'll start a thread on that later today to fill you all in on the details.

Two things:
1. I will be leading a drive back to the hotel from Muddy Misers. The usual route (short, direct and moderate). If you'd like to come along, see me at lunch on Saturday.
2. Saturday night dinner (June 16,) is at Spagna's at 6:00pm. It's not the Gun Room (thank goodness) but. it is great Italian. We'll leave the hotel at 5:30pm as a large blob and drive directly there. The address is:

301 Gilman Ave.
Marietta, OH (duh!).

Yes! Reluctantly. But what ever it takes to help out. FWIIW: I upgraded to a high powered Baufeng BF-F8 HP radio that has extended range so the drive group leader should be able to hear me if we get strung out. For those people that are not familiar with this GMRS/FRS radio it requires an FCC License to operate because of it's wattage and range.
