I agree, you do have a busy schedule, Gary! Hope the knee issue is minor. It's hard to schedule medical appointments around our schedules, at times.

I still feel like I'm falling apart, just a bit. Thankfully, my knee isn't doing the quirky thing on stairs so that's good.

I keep waiting for an injectable cartilage supplement or growth inducer.
Most cartilage doesn't have blood vessels so it doesn't heal well.
