In January I paid over $400 for installation of a motor on our furnace, which took them 15 minutes. If I had been home I could have done it myself with help from You Tube. Found more than one showing how to install it. Be sure to have a look.

I just can't bring myself to have someone else to repair an appliance. Last Thursday I tore apart the ice maker to solve a loud noise problem. Cost = $0

Looks like we've got around 6-8" inches of new snow on the ground.

Has been chilly the past couple of days, but warmth is on the way. It will be 70 on Sun!! Peak cherry blossoms expected around April 3.

This week was a cold one in Bellaire. 30s all day, then windy 40s all day. Today is going to be warmer, up to 70s in the afternoon. Snow in the Four Corners.

Red Mountain Pass is closed through the weekend due to avalanche danger. Silverton residents can only go south. Now that’s some snow!

33 feels like 24 and I can tell. I always have two layers of clothing on the top. Today I made the mistake of wearing a shirt and a sweater that both have 3/4 sleeves. That little bit of arm sticking out is making me cold. I may change the top layer when I go home at lunch. I can't warm up and the office thermostat is set at 72! I may nudge it up for just a minute since I'm alone....Didn't sleep well and may be coming down with a cold, perhaps that's why I'm so cold. Looking forward to temps in mid-high 40's next week.
