We've got grass and some snow cover, but not much. It was nice Saturday, rainy yesterday, nice today. A little warmer than the "norm." Temps will be between 40's mid 40's and low 50's for the next little while.

There is only a small amount of snow left on the Porsche. It will be uncovered sometime in April.........The snow tires will be removed from the Honda, and then it will be top down time!

In the mid-fifties today with partly cloudy skies and...no wind! Denver expects several inches of snow Tuesday PM and throughout Wednesday. We'll be sending our weather into the mid-west and eastern states afterwards. Enjoy!

Been following the Facebook Group for the San Juans in southwest Colorado. The "Million Dollar Highway" has been experiencing numerous extreme avalanches, and will be closed between Silverton and Ouray for an indefinite period. The DOT has called in crews from surrounding areas to assist in clearing the roadway over Red Mountain Pass.

Glad you're not experiencing that, Gary!

Gene, are you planning on moving or buying in CO? Seems you spend a lot of time watching the weather there.

I would love to move there, Dave, but that will not happen. I just love the area from the few times I've visited.
Must be hereditary: my mom was born in Colorado on a sheep ranch.
My grandfather told some wild stories about life on the plains in the early 1900's!

Colorado is too damn dry.

Glad I’m not a Silverton, CO resident. Any trip to the north would be a long convoluted drive. Colorado’s DOT must do a lot of avalanche mitigation before venturing onto the the “Million Dollar Highway” between Silverton and Ouray, CO. I will probably be a couple of weeks before it’s open.

Gene, I'd love to hear those stories!! I've been reading Centennial for months now. It's about Colorado from the time of the Indians/Native Americans until white men came and basically killed them off, lied repeatedly and then starved them. The cowboys came and then the sheep, which the cowboys/ranchers despised. I'm not done yet. Currently, for me, the "natives" hate the Texans and Californians. It's very interesting reading. I'm in California now and was in Costco earlier today. It's also interesting that the Costco I went to for 11 years, in Irvine, is now 50/50 English speaking or something else entirely with all kinds of different languages. The book is old but I love reading about how everything changes. It's helpful to me for understanding life.

Oh, and to stay more or less on topic here are some current photos from today.

I really enjoyed looking at it, today when I used it for errands in California.
