What is the fastest that you have ever been?
I mean on either land, water or in the air?
|
I think I had my S to 135 on the way to Hagerstown or on the way to the Dragon, I don't recall which. I then got a ride at the event with someone in a Ferrari at 150-155.
No idea on water, but maybe 60 on a jetski - similar speed outside of Yellowstone on a snowmobile. I'm not privy to seeing the gauges on the airplane when flying. Or rather, on any plane that I have been, we haven't gone as fast as anything commercial. |
Mach 2.2 in an F4 Phantom in the AF.

How about on snow or ice too?
I need to consult counsel before I post any answers. |

Pretty sure mine was more terrifying :D |
I saw a B58-Hustler, the first to hit Mach 2. Top speed of 1,325 mph.
I topped out a Jag XK-E in Germany when I was young, dumb, and full of cum. |
Riding the earth I'm currently travelling 66,600 mph in solar orbit.
Of course our solar system is travelling at 514,000 mph within the milky way. Now with respect to the surface of our planet, I've probably hit 125 on my '84 interceptor. Maybe 115 in the S2000 and on a flight back from the west coast, we caught the jet and approached 680-700 mph. ( of course we were way early and sat on the tarmac for an hour waiting for a gate.) I've never done track events. (excluding autoX) else I would expect some of those numbers to increase. Both the GTS and the S63 are easily capable of 300 kph, aka 186 mph. which is why their tires are so feckin expensive. But try that on a public road and you won't walking, you'll be doing time. |
