I know we will go back soon!
Nothing like a cool car, especially an older one that is as beautiful as your MGA, to make new friends.

Well, maybe a pickup. Everybody is your friend when you have a pickup.

^ Looks like lots of fun!!

This weekend is all about prep for leaving next week for France. However, we do have one last cover band to see Sat evening - On the Border, The Ultimate Eagles Tribute. I expect another great night of music.

I'm not sure I can top this past weekend's activities. We saw Bolton blue/Jerry and I got to sit in his new AMG.

You never know what will show up for dinner when you have plans to meet S2K folks. This time we got Jerry's AMG, our friend's BMW and a 911. All left their S2000's at home..We brought ours and it was the one that caught the most attention from a guy who was so happy to see one that was in original condition, and well cared for. He even took a photo....so did I. Going to hang with P people at a cookout this weekend, we'll see how that goes.

Been taking the Berlina out in the evenings, after letting it sit for a few days after getting back from S2KDays. (Gettysburg!!!) Ran tailgunner for a motorcycle Poker Run for my VFW. That was interesting. They blocked roads for me.

It's that time of the year where high school soccer teams are having their preseason friendlies. Weekends are now booked until November. Yes, blocking out Fall Dragon and Gettysburg/Fall Colours.

We mostly stuck to the sidewalk, which is a Bull-free zone. We also know a shortcut that passes beer on ice. And only a few participants actually run or even jog the whole way in that Louisiana heat and humidity. Plus 80% of the runners have had a beverage or two by the 8:00 AM start.

Here is what I did last weekend . This CF-104 which my father first tested in 1961 is the centrepiece of a new Museum. Along with my sister and her family we represented my dad at the dedication.
