We have a furnace humidifier that I can set to whatever I want. Currently its regeresting 32° humidity which is fine since it is 30° outside. Dry in-house air can be an issue but I think I am fine at our current setting. I have tried the sinus rinse equipment, cleanse bottles, etc. but personally have not found them effective. Been shooting up Flownase or whatever that nasal spay is called daily as well.
Not to but you know I love data and am always willing to share.

^The humidity outside is 29% and it's 33% in the kitchen vs. 44% in my bedroom.

^Humidity in my bedroom this morning is 44% after running the little humidifier at night.

^This one is not working properly anymore after 8 months but I'm still using it. I just bought a new one,
3L Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier $39.97 on Amazon 3L Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier $39.97 on Amazon
and am waiting for my refund on this one. It's not even available on Amazon anymore. Sometimes it won't do a thing and sometimes it does work but the selection buttons don't work at all.

^The reason I put it in a container is to keep Atticus from knocking it over again, as he did once.

Nope, I'm afraid not, Levi. Looks like today is your warm day.

Patty, be careful keeping the humidity too high. That can promote mold growth.

It's back down to 35% now. It's normally much higher than that at my Cali house since it's closer to the Pacific Ocean.

With outdoor temps that high, 56°, you can be as high as 50%. So I would think you are Ok.

BTW, I am now on Amoxicillin for 10 days. Doctor said I was doing everything they would recommend but suggested I switch from Muscinx D to Claritin since the other wasn't working.

Bolts, you made a comment that I apparently never experienced a sinus infection before. You couldn't be wrong. When I was a kid they put me in dentist type chair, leaned it back, and ran a hose up my nose.... more than once.
