Actually got out on golf course again too
I still get some swelling if I push to hard but still working to find that balance.
Golfing this afternoon in an outing to raise money for local youth club. Four person scramble, golfing with wife, daughter, and grandson. I'm the golfer, grandson just started learning last year, and daughter & wife golf maybe twice a year. So this is a fun day and not a day to be worried how well we do. In my opinion, should be a great afternoon with family.
The Mid-Atlantic BBQ out at the Barrel Oak Winery in Delaplane, VA was great...awesome weather, food and company! The winery is spectacular. Just recently opened.
The +1's son flew back to FL this morning, so we are empty nesters again. Back to bathroom renovation tomorrow. Next weekend is a busy one, also. My sis and her hubby, and my niece (sis's daughter), her hubby and son will be here. Celebrating the son's 18th birthday at my parents' house. Wed evening we are headed to see George Thorogood and Buddy Guy at Wolftrap. Should be a terrific concert!
Jerry and I had a nice day yesterday. Went to Cars and Coffee, out to breakfast, home to, ahem, nap. Ran a couple errands and then went down to Laguna Beach to walk around with the tourists. We ended up having dinner at an Italian restaurant, and then looking in the shops. Went in an art gallery and I was intrigued with an acrylic sculpture. I ended up buying it. we both love it. Just getting going today.

We are going to see many of our Vintage pals, and eat, drink and be merry!
