I probably average about one drink a month. I'm probably a statistical outlier.

Agree. We drink Gin and tonic. Love Hendrix and Tanqueray 10. My wife also likes Pinot Grigio and on occasion I drink Miller Light with pizza, crabs and other seafood. Some say it’s bad for your life, I say live today likes it’s your last. 82 and still kicking.

I’m generally all in or nothing when it comes to hitting the sauce. I used to be able to drink any kind of beer I wish but as I got older I found most didn’t agree with me. My go to now is Miller Lite for beer and occasionally I may go for Heineken those are 2 that don’t affect me. I do a few boilermakers with either Jameson’s or Bushmill’s and if I go out on a fancy dinner date I’ll have a Glenfiddich. Seasonally I find a G&T refreshing on a summer day or night.

My "normal" beer has been Boulevard Wheat for a while now. But I do like other beers. I kinda get stuck on drinking one thing for a while though. We also have some Lagunitas and Left Hand Milk stout in the fridge that we like as well.

For harder stuff, mostly Scotch for the last couple of years. My regular drinker is Glenlivet 12 year, my "I want to spend a bit more for something better" bottle is Balvenie Caribbean Cask.

I also like good rum straight on the rocks as well. Typically Bumbu or Kirk and Sweeny depending on my mood.

Reminds me of the joke:

Patient: "Doc, you mean if I don't smoke, curse, drink or chase women I will live to be ninety?"
Doctor: "I never said that, I said it would just seem that way!"

On trivia night, one Mich Ultra. I'm on a weight reduction kick, so I drink this slightly alcoholic carbonated water.

Otherwise, Perish Brewing Cainbrake or Li'l Smack IPA from Chandeleur Island Brewing. For a cocktail treat at a good bar, Rusty Nail made with a blended Scotch.

You have got to be pretty old to understand "Bunky".
