We sold our house (too big for us empty nesters) and bought a beautiful and smaller home only 3 years old and we are still close to the beach.

I got all that but the A/C . . . that would be nice! Sounds like you found the right place!

I agree. When we looked at the house and I checked out the garage my wife asked if I wanted to see the inside of the house. I said no, let's make an offer.
