Ha! You got me on the tape that's for sure. I plan on keeping the yellow side markers once I replace them. I already had one where the plastic clip cracked on me. Never know...

^^...And wouldn't you know it...I stopped by at the local bagel shop on the way to work this morning, and there was a red Mazda Miata with a BLACK painted windshield frame!! (It improved it's looks too).

IMO, with the soft top up or with a black HT, taped looks better, but with a body colored top, it looks better sans tape. Top down is a draw.

Oh BTW I just turned vintage last month.
