While I'm fairly critical of the way that the defense played in the fourth quarter, the Patriots offensive line did a rather remarkable job against the big 3 of the Houston defense. I was surprised pleasantly.

Yeah Trent Brown 6'8" and 380 lbs is what I would call a rather big boy.
Did a rather good job of taking solders place. I wonder if he can catch.

Ravens won big but Buffalo looked awful. Flacco is finally 100% and had a big day. The new receivers they got are are much better than the last 2 years and the D played awesome. We'll see on Thursday when they play the Bengals.

I don’t think either the Texans or the Patriots played very well last night, with the expected exception of Brady and Gronk. i wouldn't write off either team just yet. OBrien has the talent; but he needs to be the head coach and hire himself an offensive play caller - uh like The Patriots. They seem to come up with the right play over and over again.

Apparently the Redskins had a pretty convincing win over the Cardinals. I didn't see it.

^^^Deb, I watched most of the game for you, the Redskins looked very good, I thought for the longest they were going to shut out the Cards.

Another opener for the Lions tonight. Hope springs eternal for the faithful; I'm not one of them but we will watch it.

Once again the Lions fans are rewarded for their loyalty.
