They have been putting up messages of the Amber alert signs.
basically if they don't people call and say the sign isn't working.

Yesterday they nailed it.
and for the record this should clear up any discussion about the proper terminology for directionals, turn signals etc

Bill, Back in 2008 I made a turn signal reminder buzzer – Radio Shack p/n 273-059 for the MG. I did so because the vacuum operated turn signal return never worked like it should. Now it's completely manual and the buzzer sounds until switch is returned to the off position. Trust me, it is loud. It worked so well I installed a second one that tells me if I've left the lights on when I turn off the car. This works great because I now drive during the daytime with the headlights on since that is what people are becoming accustomed to.

You think thats bad Bill, my Jeep with oversize tires and magna flow exhaust forced me to put in louder speakers. My wife has to remind me all the time so she can obviously hear better than me.
