Default advice on how to tackle an old soft top stain

Hello Everyone!

I could not find an old thread that tackled my specific issue, but here it is. Previous owner spilled something on the soft top and stained it. I am not sure what it was, may be oil/petroleum based. I am looking for advice on how to get it out or blend it in by staining / dying the rest of the soft top. I’ve got Raggtopp on hand and plan on using it to clean / protect the soft top, but I don’t think it will tackle the stain.

If it is oil based I'd try using some Dawn dish detergent. Start lightly and not get it too saturated that it is hard to remove from the fabric.

@SilentWrath* Do you have a ratio you recommend for the dawn : baking soda paste?

OEM roof or aftermarket like a Robbins fabric? Old stain, old roof, or both?

Dawn Power Wash seems the magical cleaner in my household. You know the drill: start with a small inconspicuous part of the stain.

@Chuck S I think OEM, glass is Honda OEM with defroster. Old stain and old roof. Previous owner made it and not sure if they've ever tried to clean it.
