Default Car Cover

I would like ya'll to weigh in on your experiences with car covers used outdoors. My S is gonna be out of the garage for a bit and it needs the best protection possible.

Rent a garage space close by, you do have a GPW that needs to be kept as pristine as possible!

I can't believe any cover will actually provide adequate protection outdoors.

Find a regional airport close to you and see how much a hangar rental will cost you. If Ontario is anything like the US, there's no long term commitment, and for the size, "T" hangars are a pretty good size for the money. Just don't get mad at me if you decide to store all of your junk there and still rent it 6 months from now...

The FAA is cracking down on non-aviation hangar use on any airport that has accepted Federal funds for operation/improvement.

Try Covercraft Noah's Cover. I've gone through 3 Noah covers in the last 10 years. It is great for outdoor as the material is thick enough to provide decent protection from the elements .
It is has pores to allow water to evaporate faster. The overall fit and finish of this car cover is top notch as it is custom made for your car.

If there's any wind at all a cover will scratch the car's paint. Car cover is basically a dust cover for indoor storage.

There's a S2000 in a "u-store-it" storage room where I used to store my camper trailer. Pushed in and out by hand the times I've seen it. There may be fuel restrictions at some storage sites.

Covercraft WeatherShield HP

I don't have a garage and use this cover on a daily basis during the 6 month driving season here in New England.

Never had an issue with it! Works great and I've had the same one for years and my 13 year old S still looks brand new.

Chuck S: I have never had any issue with this cover scratching the car, believe me if I had I would have burned the cover at the stake!
