Default Detailing products bad for your skin?

Do you think commercial grade interior cleaning and detailing products used by a detailing shop would be bad for the skin? I.e. if I were to have a shop perform a good interior cleaning and leather conditioning, do I have to worry about product residue on my skin or staining clothing? Maybe I'm paranoid.

If you have known allergies to certain chemicals that could be discussed with the detailer to find suitable products. For cleaning the interior a steam cleaner can be used, a lanolin based conditioner can be used on the leather areas, and a product like 303 protectant on the vinyl.
