Genuine Honda Leather Protectant... anyone ever try it?

Today by chance I discovered Honda makes several products that have not been discussed on S2ki.com before:

Leather & Vinyl Protectant

Leather and Vinyl Cleaner

Has anyone ever tried these products? I find it interesting they lumped the usages together for both vinyl and leather... what does Honda know about these seats that instead of a 'conditioner' for the leather, they recommend these products?

I typically find Honda recommended fluids, greases, pastes etc to be superb in quality so this is interesting to me.

Oops, posted this in wrong forum... will try again...

Did you end up getting these products and trying them?

I called the dealership in Chandler and they gave a few bottles of stuff for free! They didn't have the cleaner but did the protectant and the it has only one ingredient listed: Aloe Vera.

I've tried it in a few places on the seat, doesn't seem to leave a film or coating. I think coupled with 303 which has UV protection this might be the path forward for me.

@Thomas Guide I mentioned in the other thread, that I use Pinnacle products. Which their conditioners primary ingredient is Aloe Vera as well with UV polymers added. Meguire's Gold Class is also Aloe Vera based

Hey, I did note you mention it, but this added bit about the ingredients is very interesting to me. Need to dig up some old threads about this, but do the Aloe molecules penetrate the top coating of the seats (unlike what's in Lexol)?
