Help me With my Paint Flaws
I've noticed some white haziness to my paint in certain areas. The pictures attached are located on the bottom of the driver side door so they are low and high impact areas. Anyone seen this before? Thoughts on whether it's oxidation, clear coat failure or something else and what the next step is? Thanks

The haziness in the top picture does have an interesting pattern to it (hopefully that's visible from the pics). There is also a small area on the rear trunk not shown.

Almost looks like residue from a prior paint correction. Does your finger nail catch on this area ? You might try a clay bar and some quick detailer and see if it comes off.

I recently had a well known detailer burn through paint removing some trunk lid dealer vinyl which just further proved to me how soft/terrible this paint is. That's why I'm asking here hoping someone has encountered this before. Otherwise, I'll carefully clay it when I get it out of storage and see what happens.

The area on the lower pic is definitely rougher than the other area pictures. If I remember correctly, I took some polish to that area by hand a while back and noted some red on my microfiber, so I stopped. I would have thought it was 100% just leftover compound before that though. The upper image is much more subtle. If you run your finger (not nail) over the area, you finger encounters some resistance on the hazy areas (but nothing crazy).
