My landlord just got his place foreclosed, i have sometime to move, but i'd like to get out soon.

Anyone have a room for rent or some decent leads?

south of 56, north of 8, west of 15, clean, safe are my major worries. Oh yea and i'm broke ass so trying to get in under 600 incl util.

I'm looking for a room mate. But i'm on the 8 and a couple exits east of the 15. Rent is $550 a month. But I don't know if you can handle living with a couple new yorkers

 

With gas the way it is, i need to live closer to work.

My friends have a place.. It's a house with 5 other guys.. Everyone is cool and ages vary.. I think rent is $500. But it's east of the 15 in La Mesa, next to Lake Murray.

Very safe area.
