Still have doubts about the story. Anyone with an unmolested CR should have known the value. $14K sounds good.

Totally agree. The CTR transmission to me feels just as great as the S2000. I feel like it is as close as you can get to a S2000 tranmission feel with linkages and wires.

The CTR from the factory in terms of outright performance is in another league compared to the S2k. That being said, they really can't be compared, because they are 2 different driving experiences....

doesn't it make sense to keep the Type R if you can only keep one car? It fills more of a role in what you need in a vehicle over a 2 door roadster if you can only keep one.

I am the opposite. My auto daily is really a nice car but it is boring the snot out of me because I want to row gears and would rather have 2 sticks.

The S2000's have some decent value, not sure...
