I'm 6'2" with 34" waist and use the Sparco Ergo Med and also fit well in my buddy's Sparco Rev II Large. The Ergo Med is a tight fit but I got it to go with some modifications to a set of PCI mounts....

From what I've read, the Sparco mount sits too high. That's why I ended up going with PCI, maximum "lowness".
