I cut two 150mm RSJs with those Bosch blades. The trick is take your time as the blades hot up very quickly and get blunt. Cut for a minute, rest for 5 or 10 minutes. BTW WD40 is crap for that...

The S2000 seems remarkably cheap here in the UK. I saw a 2003 for sale in Sweden for close to £ 25k. They seem to be $ 20k in the US for a decent one, as in Australia.
