there's cheap windows 10 tablets that use intel atom cpu's for $100-200 range, but your best bet is the aemnet multi gauge IMO.. I have a similar setup as above but I flush mounted mine

2.5" and 6" length will work, I used Eibachs along with a 2.5" -> 60mm perch adapter to make them sit a bit better but I don't think the valving coped well with...

I think you'll need to adjust your driving technique, wheel needs to be straight when the front suspension is being compressed
