you would have to have the motor dissassembled to have the rods and pistons balanced. You can have this done at most machine shops.

Yes, these tests were done with approximately 107-108 octane. Here in FL, we can get 93 octane all day long :p so we can't really give you numbers on that. However, figure it would have to be richer...

Safely? .3-.5 bar, max. Dyno your car with wideband O2 and find out what's safe and whats not. I'm not so sure an additional injector set up would be any easier to tune properly as anything else....
