never really cared about this feedback part of the forums, i mean its a great way to find out if sellers legit or not.... i just didn't think i had to protect my rep here until now

i have been buying and selling parts on here for the past 6-8 months, all transaction i have ever had to deal with have been smooth as a baby's bottom, no complaints on my end or my buyers/sellers... but in recent trading/selling i have encountered a unhappy customer about my item that i have sold... so now i am forced to make a thread here about myself =)

i just want the whole community to hear what kind of person i've been on here.

 

I just purchased bowabowa's mugen style hardtop over this last weekend, and he even helped me installed it at his uncle's house. I felt bad cuz I just had to hold the hardtop and do nothing while he did all the work, lol, so yea, I would really recommend buying from this seller. The hardtop fitment I give it 9/10 and the condition was in like-new. Everything checks out with this guy. Thanks again for the help!

I purchased a "new" APR GTC-200 wing from him which I thought was supposed to be the S2000 specific one, but it was the universal one. He mentions in his for sale thread that "the brackets are for the s2k" (see original for sale thread link and screenshot below).

If you notice, he wasn't being respectful to the other members questioning for pictures either. Just read the original for sale thread, no need to say much.

In the end, it was sort of my fault for even purchasing from him even after seeing how he handles situations in such a juvenile manner as well as the lack of pictures and vague description of the item. (I think he purposely tried to be vague with the description so he can say that he never specifically said it was the S2000-specific wing even though he stated the brackets were for the S2000). I need to be more careful next time instead of trusting people so easily.

My thread clearly states Apr gtc200 wing for sale, I gave out all the info I knew about the wing and what I sent you was what I had described.

You can go make a thread about this, but I really don't see how I am in the wrong. Dispute with paypal if you wish.

 

if seller wants to keep his good rep, he should offer refund and/or exchange....

 

I really needed cash to finish up what I had in progress that's why I lowered the price down a few times. Cash comes and goes, I went on with my project already, not once did I think, maybe the buyer will ask for a refund, maybe I should hold off on my progression to see if the buyer will ask for a refund.

I have dealt with many members in this community, that's why I ask them to leave feedback good or bad to let everyone know what's going on with me as a buyer/seller

can't make everyone happy, everything I knew about the wing was what I had described it as, you can accuse me of w/e you want, I know and some may know that I had done nothing wrong.. Juvenile? I guess if you want to start the name calling game that's on you..

In the end everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I not going to make this post any longer to convince people I'm right..I have nothing more to say about this matter, everyone knows where my threads are, they can read over it of they wish to kill time.

If you want to keep your positive rep then refund the money because you clearly stated that the brackets were specific to the s2k.

Furthermore, to make sure something like this doesn't happen, post pics in your threads. Just an insurance policy for yourself...

 

I personally don't think that you're out to rip people off. I also don't think anyone would've purchased the wing if they knew the brackets are not made for the S2k. especially after jp8ap1 warned that if it's not S2k specific there are risks of denting the trunk. So it looks like you immediately posted "ALL PMS Replied. The brackets are for the S2k" to ease any wavering buyers.

The information that you posted (whether it was told to you or not) was inaccurate. Selling an item that was inaccurately described is undoubtedly wrong. Since you didn't know its a universal bracket and not a S2000 bracket, it's not your fault.

BUT now that you do know that you sold a part that was incorrectly described, you owe it to vstypical to refund his money because you sold him a part that he didn't want to buy.

Because you've "continued with your plans" is not a good reason to not man up to responsibility.

 

We all know that I have read them and that you and I don;t see eye to eye on anything. I think your words to me was I was a hater.

So let me get this Right, you sold a Universal GTC-200 as an S2000 GTC-200. Hmm, you do know that the value of the two items $785 for the S200 version, and $675 for the univeral version.

So I would like to thank you for showing everyone that I was NOT wrong. I could not have done a better job if I tried. Way to rip someone off.

like i said, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, yes even you, but it really wasn't necessary, as always, you have said nothing to help this cause. Thnx for trolling again lolz
