Just giving a HUGE thanks to Aaron and Tommy with GoTuning for their impeccable customer service! They received in their backorder ahead of schedule, called me directly, and even asked if I'd like a different version of the same thing that had just come out and wasn't on their website yet. Shipping/Processing was prompt, and they were both very friendly!

I havent received my hub rings I ordered from them a week ago, no email or any type of follow up after the order, guess its time to call/email them.

Gotuning - Great place to buy from, I had an issue with the supplier of a part that I ordered through Gotuning, and Tommy got on the phone, figured out the issue and made sure my part shipped the next day , arrived one day later. AWESOME.

 

100% hands down best place to get your parts from. I visited their shop out in California and their very friendly people over there.

Awesome store and Tommy is a great vendor. I had an issue with shipping so I visited the store on a short notice and got my parts very quickly. Store itself is worthy of an entrance fee, so much eye candy ;P

 

I had completely the opposite experience with go tuning.

They took a full deposit goods never arrived, emails not answered. Phone calls with crap "i was out of town" excuses etc then refund was a hassle and with currency conversions I ended up around £100 out of pocket.
