Default passwordjdm.com/

I ordered a S2000 battery bracket and battery from these folks last weekend. On Monday I called and asked if the terminal adapters were included. The cordial fellow put me on hold to go and see. He returned to say they were not.

So I go ahead and order them through another vendor at an additional cost.

Today 8/3/18 I received the bracket and battery as ordered. The adopters I had to take time out of my day to source and order were in fact included.

When I called Password, they indicated it was as mistake on their website. No matter with either of the fellows I spoke with. Their response was just for me to return the extra parts to the alternative vendor when it was obviously their mistake.

So the fact that I called and specifically asked made no matter.

All of us need to be aware that vendors like Password.Jdm can only be trusted as far as you can throw their website.

Caveat Eepmtor. Buyer Beware.

I dont know what you want them to do. It was a mistake and PasswordJDM has been around for years. Ive gotten numerous stuff from them and havent had an issue. Sucks that this happened to you though. Id return the other ones or just put them up for sale on here.

First world problems. Be glad you have the parts to do the job and not the other way around. Just return the ones you don't need and be happy... online shopping is not perfect but the convenience and selection easily outweighs these types of mishaps. I've had much worst happen over the year and hundreds of products I've bought from the best of companies...

Beware, human error happens? Not really seeing the need for outrage on this one.
