we do our best to pick up all phone calls during business hours 9am-6pm pacific time . with over 10+ lines ringing at once, sometimes we miss calls. if you cant get through, can leave a voicemail or try calling back again during business hours.

Glad to see they have handled it - Even though it was a huge inconvenience to the buyer to get to this point.
