Purchased a product from them a while back... Product page clearly stated the sale price. The checkout went through but then later claimed they were not priced correctly and refused to honor the sale. They just cancelled it without any discussion.

Anyway just wanted to save others a similar hassle. I would never buy from these guys again.

Stick with the other AMAZING sellers like Moddiction, Evasive, GoTuning or Kami Speed.

Mistakes do happen. Wish you would have given me a call so we could get it straightened out. Sorry you feel that way. We have many satisfied customers and I always encourage you guys to give me a call to verify availability and get best pricing.

Yeah mistakes do happen but I've never had a company not honor their mistake in pricing. Because of that, I'd rather give my business to other companies than thmotorsports. And I hope this post helps others too.

I did e-mail your customer service rep and tried to discuss it but I was dismissed.

They got back to me with an update on when my order would be shipped within an hour when I inquired. I think they have great customer service.

Was this some blatant price that was way off?

No, it was only for a measly $30 or $40 if I remember correctly. I guess it's worth it to them to save $30-40 and lose a customer. Shitty right?

Ive personally had amazing experience, they jumped through hoops to get me my stuff shipped to canada

Yeah, I also had a bad experience with TH. Oh well, many better vendors to deal wiht.

At the risk of bumping a negative review thread, I've purchased from them on multiple occasions and nary an issue. Will helped me out over the phone a couple weeks ago on some clutch tech questions that I had and made it a smooth transaction. Nothing but props for the TH crew.

I have no doubt they have satisfied customers or else they won't be in business right? But it seems that they have too many negative feedback/reviews. Not only from this thread but from other threads based on my research (and my other post above).

Would you rather buy from a company that has more negative feedback than other companies that have little to none? I'd rather give my business to other companies that strive hard to provide customer satisfaction. With other companies like Moddiction, Evasive, GoTuning or Kami Speed, you have less chances of getting aggravated or disappointed so why not go that route?

I get legitimate complaints against them, but being upset because you weren't able to take advantage of a pricing mistake? Move on, I've had Walmart of all places do this and they weren't able to make it right, they listed 3 pack online but it delivered as a 1 pack, how can you expect a much smaller company to honor mistake pricing? Like you said it's a measly $30-40 dollars why so much hate over it?
