I get legitimate complaints against them, but being upset because you weren't able to take advantage of a pricing mistake? Move on, I've had Walmart of all places do this and they weren't able to make it right, they listed 3 pack online but it delivered as a 1 pack, how can you expect a much smaller company to honor mistake pricing? Like you said it's a measly $30-40 dollars why so much hate over it?

Statistically, any company will occasionally have bad reviews. I'm sorry that you were not satisfied for your experience. I always encourage you guys to shoot me a message or give me a call directly so I can take care of any issues. I'm also happy to check inventory and put hands on it (as inventory data is not always 100% up to the minute). And of course, I will make sure to get you the best pricing.
We used to rely heavily on drop shipping. A lot has changed since 2015. I took over s2ki in early 2017. Our team works a lot more cohesively and we've become far more operationally efficient. And we are striving to continually improve. Mistakes do happen, but we try to make them right. If you'd still like to purchase whatever parts, I'd still be happy to discount them to get you the best pricing.

In the last year I have purchased multiple items from THMotorsports and interacted with Will directly many many times. I will say that even if another vendor is more price competitive, I will purchase from Will first because of the level of care and interaction I receive. I am sorry you had a negative experience, I promise you that if you had discussed this directly with Will, he would have done whatever needed to be done to make things right. Hopefully you (and anyone else reading this thread) will give THMotorsports another chance, they really are a great vendor and a valuable resource for us.
