Sorry to revive an old thread but I am having a similar issue. I ordered a voodoo knob from them and it has been 10 days and no response about shipping or updates. I have sent multiple emails. I am not in a rush to get the product but an ETA and tracking should be expected business practice. Just trying to confirm if anyone from their team is a member on this forum that I can try to reach directly. There contact at questions@ricks2k.com does not seem very active.

If I don't get an update in a the next few days, I might just cancel the transaction through my credit card.

So I received the knob. It is the Pearl Aluminum (Magnum). That last part is what I have a problem with. The pearl finish matches the interior as expected (Which is the reason I picked this over some of the other options). The throws are also nice and crisp. Not better or worse than the stock... just different. Almost reminds me of my G35 6MT. The weight is lighter than I would have liked but I can live with it.

The problem is that I wasn't expecting the Magnum. I understand it is 2" in diameter. I was hoping I'd get the regular 1.8" version. I didn't choose the Magnum option at time of ordering. I am not sure if the smaller 1.8" version is still in stock... I want to return this one because I have small hands and I can't grip it correctly from the top. However as much trouble it was to get tracking data from Ricks, I doubt I'd be willing to go through the hassle of return. I might just keep it or sell it off.
