I've been a customer for a few years, but recently got a set of brake pads sent to me that were totally the wrong fitment, not even close. It sucks that I have to send them back to Rockauto at my cost as it wasn't my fault, and Rockauto has no customer service reps to speak with. Shipping cost is almost the same as the cost of the product, so I'm getting screwed on that one. I'm sending them back to make a point and a friendly letter telling RA how I got shafted on this order. I don't know how a company can operate with no one to deal with customer issues.

We are sorry you had a challenge with your order. RockAuto does reimburse shipping for incorrect parts and would only ask you to pay for shipping if you ordered the incorrect part. I can certainly look into your order if you would PM the order number in question to me.
