Bought a testpipe from this guy in early early august. Maybe like the 6th. Said he shipped it, never recieved a tracking number or the test pipe. I filed a paypal dispute case. After a few days he wrote me saying sorry and he got flooded. Also said he just shipped it. Never recieved a anything from him for 2weeks. I've sent multiple messages. Nothing.

Escalated my claim. I just got back 15 dollars. I paid him 82bucks for the pipe. I will never deal with this person again. If you like throwing money away then buy stuff from this guy
