Top One Motors - Buyer Beware
I wanted to order a rear diffuser for my AP1 from Top One Motors - the contact us link on their Website bounced back. Which should have been a sign. I subsequently emailed sales@TopOneMotors.com and got a response from a gentleman by the name of John who said they were still in business. He invoiced me for an AP1 rear diffuser for $480 and advertised a 7 week ETA. I paid. This was 6 weeks ago.
They have since been radio silent and will not respond to even basic and courteous queries about status. I emailed 3-4 times around the midway mark and twice again last week, but no response, no status updates. I am now working with my credit card company on a dispute.
I understand the current difficulties due to COVID, but there is really no excuse for a vendor to not be courteous or responsive to a fully paid up customer.
Wanted to share so other buyers don't have to go through the same inconvenience.
