tqh1994 - s2000 purchase fraud resultion pending
Sad to say,I purchased a 03 s2000 from the s2ki member here and paid all $18000 cash. The seller had the title loan to pay all so he said he would sent me the title when the bank release the title to him. After he got the title, we agreed to meet somewhere so he could gave me the title. But he didnt show up, he called towing service to tow the car and ship it back to CA, I was trying to pick up the car but the towing yard manager said I had no right to get the car back because im not the lien holer. And I also called 911, the officer said the only way to get the car back is to talk with the seller. I just noticed the seller has sold the car last month and he refused to talk to me. I call my lawyer and my laywer said it was too late to help with it. Any suggestion?

Any decent lawyer in America should be able to help. If text messages were exchanged, and now deleted, I'm sure some cash and mobile forensic expert(s) can help. Which leads me back to any decent lawyer should be of assistance.

what does the bill of sale say? Vin number/ color/ both party information included???
cant see that you would be completely SOL

All information include vin Vin number/ color/ miles/ both party information and signatures.
