Default Rear Bumper help Pic inside

Can anyone tell me what I need to take off or loosen to get this to sit flush where it should be? Thanks!

This is a big problem with our s2ks . You might be able to loosen the bolt right behind the rear tire that attaches the bumper to the quarter panel. Once loose apply heavy pressure to close the gap and re-tighten . May take 2 people

I looked at the part by the wheel, but Im not sure if it would work because my car has had the rear fenders rolled and tab relocated by a previous owner. Is that what I should loosen or is it something else? You think they may have done this doing the tab relocation?

Take the tail light out, push the bumper in flush then put a self-tap screw in the brace....good as new.
