I own an 01 and upgraded to an 03 ecu when my ecu started throwing a consistent p0411 code. Definitely noticed a little more "pep" in the car.

 

How does this work? Is it just plug and play? Or does it take a lil more than that and does it just change the s2k to run a lil leaner or is there more ...I'm interested lol I have a 01'

 

You'll need to have the dealer re-program your key as well as ignition module to match the new ECU.
