^ Nope, that is the Navy/Marine Corps stadium, the start and finish of the race. Where Navy plays football. Class engravings on the walls surrounding the field.

 

Here's kind of the same view I took last year when my ECU grad son and I attended the Navy/East Carolina football game. You can see the same wall in the background. (ECU lost. )

Dave, it was a photo on my laptop from our NC trip. I was able to post it/upload it directly here, no need for photobucket, or even to put the pic a gallery then grab it from there.
