This is 100% complete with Grade 8 hardware and all backing plates. Included in the price is a cut soft top tray that has already been modified to accept the roll bar. This is a complete solution. Color is fresh black powdercoat.
Bar works with soft top, hard top or both. I've used this bar all three way without issue.
Bar is out of the car and ready for p/u, delivery.
