Well, I took lots of Christmas Eve pics yesterday in Old Montreal with my "real" camera, but forgot the "dongle" to transfer them to the iPad.

Merry Christmas, everyone, anyway!

Went to IHOP for breakfast, then to Arlington Cemetery for some pics with the wreaths. Here is one.

Nice. Wish I could get back to PA for my parents, especially since the cemetery stopped doing decorations for pay.

Got this from a relative yesterday:

"At our annual family dinner (girlfriend) and I surprised everyone when the group sang:
WINTER WONDERLAND
In the meadow we can build a snowman
Then pretend that he is Parson Brown
He'll say are you married?
We'll say no man
But you can do the job
When you're in town
We invited a close friend to join us. His name (for the night) was Parson Dave Brown. He jumped up and said "Wait, Parson Brown is in town ... anyone want to get married?" I said "I do". (Girlfriend) across the room said "I do"... and we did. Among a group of 36 stunned family members."

I believe in signs...yesterday and today, two gorgeous blooms came out on the hibiscus plant I have from my late mother's house. Two have never bloomed so close together, and nothing has fully bloomed in some months. So I'm thinking it's Mother saying and Merry Christmas. Here's a pic of one from an earlier time.

Great pictures of grandkids, Dave. Mine are not Facebook worthy and thus cannot be posted here. I gave up on my photo bucket account. That thing is so disorganized that I can't find anything on it.
