Mine came with screws and rivets 
It's interesting.
I bought the flares from Deft Motion but shipped from Evasive. I don't think they are fake.
But I wonder are they good quality rivets ? Would they get rusty by time ?

My ASM came with both rivets and screws. I used the rivets. Judging by how hard they were to put in I am pretty sure they are stainless steel. I also put a little dab of clear silicon in the hole before putting them in. They shouldn't get rusty at least not for a long time.
