Deb, its definitely time for the Caps to go all the way.

 

BRUINS had a good western road trip winning 3 out of 4. Never thought they'd do that well. Last year at this time they had a similar trip and don't think they won any. That really killed any chance to make the playoffs.
Still got 20 games left and will have to win around 15 of them to make it in this year. Ain't going to be easy.
Rumors flying around here that a couple of teams are trying to trade for our captain, Chara. Don't think that's going to happen.

 

Emil, you are getting the ultimate teammate with Ott. Great on and off the ice. Gritty guy who never backs down from anyone. One of my favorite players - although he didn't get a ton of ice time you always knew when he was on the ice. I will miss him.

BTW, we rented Slap Shot last night. Laughed and smiled from beginning to end. And, then we watched the Wings win . . . when ironically it would be much better for a rebuild if they don't win another game all year.

 

Great,,we needed that kind of player,and he seemed to be happy,to come and play in Montreal.

I see the KINGS have signed Jarome Iginla. We "rented" him for part of the season two years ago. He's a fun player to watch and always seems to have that thin smile on his face.
I know he's getting old [39] but he still should be great addition to the team. Wish we could have kept him.

BRUINS lost last night [2-1] to the RANGERS. Lundqvist made some great saves....darn it...!!!!

 

Some power-play goals from Iginla is what the Kings need. Their PP is terrible. Like 25th or something. Defense is very good. Offense is as bad as it's been in 7 years.

 

I really, REALLY hate to say this but his is probably better than yours...!!!
But then again, you NEVER know.
