I just clocked my cartridge, moved the IWG bracket, and mounted the actuator and it looks like I'll go ahead and put it all in the fender and keep the battery in the engine bay since it's small (less than 5 lbs).

I think i ended up extending 6 wires total. I used 16ga wires for the smaller ones and i wanna say 8ga for the starter and power steering. Make sure to take your time, solder, and make solid connections so you dont have any weird electrical problems later. Also, surprisingly, everything fits thru the windshield washer reservoir hole right to the fender area. GL!

ps, make sure to make a proper heat shield between the battery and manifold. I ended up creating a slow smoldering fire due to my improperly fabricated heat shield lol

Thanks. I hate doing it, but I should be good on wiring and soldering as I used to work on component level electronics for the AF and still do it every now and again for my civilian job.

I actually just finished out swapping out the burnt out, non-serviceable lights on my Jeep for LED's.

Man I thought my set up was a tight fit, that's going to look great.

Do you have a picture of your setup? I looked through your thread and I didn't see any or pictures just didn't load for me.

This is a solid build. The only recommendation I have is to mount the WBo2 farther away from the turbo.

Here are a couple of pics before I moved the fusebox 90 degrees and installed a heat shield. I'll get more recent pictures soon.

Thanks, hopefully the bugs needing worked out when it's together is minimal.

As far as the WBO2, I've been running them close to the turbo for many years and have never had an issue.

interesting, my opinion is based on the recommendations found in the directions of most WBO2 kits. Then again, it is all based on theory, right?! haha
