Looks like the weather is finally going to break this weekend. Upper 60°/lower 70° for Sunday/Monday/Tuesday.

Was going to get the cars and motorcycle out, but now the forecast is for 3" of snow tomorrow. Just my luck, they will probably salt the crap out of the roads again.

 

Uh-oh!!! Fanbois are going to spew tweets of fury. The new Si only has 205 HP

Criminies! A lot of nice cars popped up on BAT.com this week. Scrolling down, I see an nice '59 MGA and '04 S2000 side by side, with bids about equal. Scrolling down further, I see an nice Datsun 510. But for my purchase of the school bus, I would be bidding on that. Then a nice Bug-Eye down at the bottom. There's something for everyone there!

I was expecting the new Si to have more hp.....maybe 'bout 230 or so. Oh well.

It has plenty of torques though. About 193 lbs ft iirc. All that is between 2000 and 5000 rpm so maybe it won't be too bad. It's also lighter per Honda.

One could also cross shop it with the Elantra Sport that has about the same power but no limited slip diff.

 

I'm sure it will be an enjoyable car to drive, was hoping it could be bought in the hatchback model too.
