what tts issues do you know of? Genuinely want as much info as possible on both kits ...
Some of the early kits had issues with a cracking mounting plate, but they revised it and I've only heard of one person having an issue since and they were pushing big power, on track etc.

and with your tts set up chris you don't get any flutter using the supplied bov ?
Have a search around. Iirc there was a conversation a few years back about the turn in feel and how it was impacted by the extra weight upfront (tts) which influenced my decision somewhat, but as Mark says, it was too good value not to take up for the gains and some limited hassle.

yes this is the major drawback for me on the tts kit ... charger , along with intercooler , oil cooler all out the front , but I guess the only difference is the weight of the actual charger with either kit ?

I had a little flutter up top, but they've changed the BOV these days. Regarding the weight up front, maybe it's the fact I have coilovers and ARBs, but a couple of extra clicks of damping and it's not that bad, iny opinion.

any chance of a pic of the engine bay ?
im also on some adjustable coilovers , so could potentially add a click or 2
looks like they use a lot bigger bov for their race kit
the belt is a bit of an arse to replace, the tensioner on mine is noisy, there are a lot of pulleys, the bearings in these take some hammer and do fail, but its been developed over time.
it makes the car great fun. you'll spend a fortune imo unless you DIY it though
Dont read too much into TTS's dyno figures , my kit makes roughly the same boost as these chap's HKS kits
This pic shows you the coolers and where the kit sits

Thanks for the info nottm , interesting what you say about the bhp .
I guess it all boils down to how much I want to throw at it , as diy is not an option for me and to be honest that's not too much money . It's the kits them selves !
Wish I'd been around when the GB for the HKS was on
Yeh, that's true about the belt. I haven't had to replace mine yet (remind me, when does it need replacing?). I've found the TTS figures to be about right (although they're suitably vague!). I'm on 12-13psi, topping out at about 420bhp at the fly. That's on the Dyno Dynamics dyno in Farnborough, which Romain said was reasonably pessimistic.
