if anyone has extra tickets or days they do not plan to use, I am local and could find someone to use them. I know Friday is hard for some to make it. Send me an email hs2k007@aol.com
Same location as last year for dinner.
Detailed info below for the newbies to the group
Dinner location
Logan's Roadhouse
Also Exit 144B right next to our hotel
Then the group heads back over the hotel to have a meeting in the lobby to discus Sunday logistics.
Saturday and Sunday mornings
group groups up on Saturday ( optional) and on Sunday ( required for most of the s2000 group)
at the Walmart near the hotel.
We meet up at 8:30 and roll to the track as a big group around 9:00.
So, it looks like there's a pretty good chance of rain this weekend. I saw that last year they wanted the S2000s to have the tonneau covers on and I'm assuming that will probably be the same this year. With the looming potential for rain, is everyone just planning to ride top down rain or shine or is there some way I'm not aware of to carry it with the top up? I've ridden top down in the rain before and it isn't too bad, but if it rains while we're going slow (like Sunday morning as weatherbug is predicting) that would not be ideal. Either way, I'm down.
Girfriend says these should be about $30 to 35 each for the single color logos.
I did some multi color logos on my shirts but they are golf shirts as well.
I quoted you guys $20 with xxl being a little more like in the 22. So if you guys want to throw a little more for each shirt that would be great (25 would be nice) but I will not hold you to any more than 20/22 since that was my inital estimate. AND PLEASE BRING EXACT CASH AS I WILL NOT HAVE CHANGE ON ME.
I will also have a number of "blem" shirts (15 each) where our alignment machine was placing the front logos to low and to far to the left. First come first served on the blems.
Would like to get most of these out to the group friday evening at the hotel.
