That's strange, isn't a ball joint supposed to go there? There's no threads on that part of the knuckle, so I'm guessing you remove it the same way you take off the other ball joints.

I presume that's from an aftermarket bumpsteer adjusting toe link.

There is supposed to be a ball joint on it. U need to hammer it out and get a new arm.

Sharp tap with a hammer on the casting where your finger is pointing too.
or grind 2 flat spots and get a spanner on it.

Maybe two nuts at lower end of threads. Tightened together? Then, ratchet the whole piece out?

Do NOT hammer... the press shown above is the correct tool. Your local Autozone will loan the tool for free.
