Me too.
Still want an older GT3 (04-06). Silver with red interior...

I'd have to go with a 930 or maybe a 964 turbo as my Porsche of choice.

911 variant...got to be a GT3! I prefer a GT4 though.

Personally speaking I'd be happy with any gen 911 as long as it's RWD but my favorite is the Cayman in all it's trims. Would like to own a Cayman S some day

Longish video, but it seems to reinforce the notion that other things being constant, Gravity Bleeding is the best way to bleed brakes

996 is definitely a steal right now. Especially the turbo which isn't plauged by the standard 996 engine issues. Gt3 as always is still hella expensive . But a slightly massaged 997 c2s could do really nicely. Plus theres a supercharger kit for it

Ok, 2nd gear grind is now a daily occurrence with my car. It is just 2nd gear, and only when the transmission is cold. This has gone on long enough, and is getting worse.

I'm going to have the transmission dropped anyway for some upgrades, what should I have the techs look at while the tranny is dropped, and any preventative maintenance that should b done that otherwise would be far more difficult to do at that point?

Marc - it happens to me too until warm up. I'm just extremely slow shifting to second until the car has warmed up.

Im not sure how bad it is for you. Have you looked into this?
