Default Horrible experience with Innovative Mounts

Had to post here to vent about my experience with Innovative Mounts. I won't go into great detail but I was lied to, lied to again, then when I finally got the mounts, I was short hardware.

They are not a total solution.

Was the problem with innovative as far as customer service? and aside you are missing a few bolts it seems.

Initially, I ordered from Sparktec. Sparktec emailed me and said, backordered 3-4 weeks.

I called Innovative direct, spoke with Maia and was told Sparktec shouldn't be offering me those prices, those are below agreed upon prices. Mounts aren't back-ordered but built as needed. So I ordered direct from Innovative through Maia and it cost me ~$70 more than Sparktecs quote. Days later I get an email from Maia stating Innovative doesn't have all the parts necessary to build my kit, there will be a delay. I didn't ask but no ETA given.

A week goes by, I get an email, kit is mailing out. Sweet, this is just days before my next event I email Maia and ask for expedited delivery and she asks for more $$$. F that, eat that and get me my parts.

Parts get there as I'm loading my trailer, I'll install at the track, no worries. Like an idiot, I don't do an inventory on the parts shipped until after I have one side ripped out of the car. Lesson learned. Not that I needed them but no instructions given with the kit or on their website. I sent them pics of what I received and they're still telling me I have everything I need to install. I sent them the same pic posted above.

Thanks for asking, thanks for listening.

I have hasport motor mounts based upon my shops recommendation. They noted then on how they've had nothing but issues with innovative.

Not heeding the above i recently got innovative differential and transmission mount. Not very pleased with fitment on either. On the differential mounts couldn't use the washers and I feel like the 4 bolts that go into subframe are a little short for my liking. Transmission mount fit like crap (had to get creative with the main bolt as it was hitting the transmission case

Don't you use the OEM for the other 8? I do recall a bolt issue though with one of their kits where you had to use washers or buy different bolts because the OEM would punch through the block, but I think that was their cheaper ones.

Ehhh you probably pissed her off by asking for expedited delivery. In her head she probably thinks a week is reasonable and doesnt constituent the expedited delivery. Were you rude to her? Maybe she went over and pulled a bolt out your box LOL. Should've asked for a eta! But looking closer I believe all the parts are there. Reusing the stock bolts make every bolt account for. I believe on the megan mounts you also re use the stock bolts.

I'm pretty sure Maia works from home. She called me from a Florida number, her cell or home phone and Innovative is in CA.

All the parts are NOT there. Trust me. Yes, I know you reuse the OEM bolt on the motor side. It's the frame side where shit's missing.

We have sold plenty of kits without any issues. We typically have most innovative kits in stock ready to ship
