All the parts are NOT there. Trust me. Yes, I know you reuse the OEM bolt on the motor side. It's the frame side where shit's missing.
What on the frame side is missing?

You have two bolts that go through the front subframe, put a washer and nut on each one. Reuse the engine side 4 bolts per mount.

Looks like everything is there to me. Just installed OEM style engine mounts this past weekend, so I'm familiar with the area.

Those nuts they sent slide right to the top of the bolt.

Not even close.

Ok, that wasn't obvious from your first pic, but I see it now.

So it seems they sent the wrong bolt and/or nuts. That's pretty weak.

In my experience its always a hardware issue with innovative. I've grown to stop worrying about it and just be ready to make a dash to the parts store when installing these mounts. You can try and call innovative and request a hardware kit but its typically same thing. To much of one and not enough of the other.........

I had the same issue when I ordered my innovated trans mount, *no hardware & box was damaged* ,was given only mount. I am also using Hasport 75A solid engine/diff mounts and everything came in as needed and nicely packed. I was upset with innovated but nothing I bother to contact them about, I just went to my near by hardware store *king bolt* and bought the bolts and nuts needed for install all in grade 10. To be honest if Hasport would of made a solid trans mount I would of just gone with them since I did buy all the mounts at the same time online. Very happy with Hasport mounts btw

Hasport

I went with Hasport for my B series mounts and very happy with the fit, finish and packaging. Innovative has been profiting off of copying Hasport's B series mounts exactly (and i'm sure others) so it was a clear choice not to support a company like that.

Sorry that you had trouble – I see you had interacted with two different people on our customer service team - but actually, neither ever heard back from you about exactly what they could do to help you. We try very hard to have excellent support for our customers. We always include the same hardware with each kit, and they confirmed that you had what is typically included from the picture that you sent, so I’m not exactly sure what is unique about your application that others would not need – but I’m glad that you got it all sorted out.

I hope that you’re happy with your mounts now that you’ve got them installed!
Chief Marketing Officer, Innovative Mounts

So I'm not alone. I'll be sure Valerie gets a link to this thread. I'll do my best to make sure they never sell another mount to an S2000 owner.

Like it's my fault THEY sent the wrong hardware. The hardware bag isn't even labeled. How would the person who packaged the mounts and the hardware have any idea what they packaged?

I was debating about getting their mounts.
After reading this by the OP, no thanks.

Sorry for what happened. Looks like I'll be looking into Hasport myself.
